These types of salad recipes are very colorful and with exquisite flavors as well as providing great value of nutrients, minerals and vitamins to our body. It is a variant of our well-known autumnal tomato salad recipe

I advise taking it cold even if necessary, you can help yourself to some ice cubes to give it that fresh addition. It is an ideal way to maintain a good single-dish diet or even to accompany some meals.

Ingredients for Cucumber and Tomato Salad for 4 people
Lettuce – To taste
Tomatoes – 2 units
Olive oil – To taste
Salt to taste
Cucumber – Medium

How to make the Cucumber and Tomato Salad recipe
We wash the tomatoes and lettuce leaves under abundant water. The latter we dry them carefully with a cloth.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, if they are cherry tomatoes use double, that is, 4, given their size.
We cut the cucumber into thin slices, first we peel it leaving some strips of skin to prevent it from repeating when we digest.
We add all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season to taste with salt, oil and if you want, white wine vinegar.
Notes and Tips
With this type of recipes all fresh ingredients marry very well, you can add corn, pitted olives, tuna, even crab sticks to give it a special and different touch.
