How to make asparagus au gratin with mozzarella
Clean the asparagus and cut the lower part of the stem.
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs. Adjust the seasoning with more salt if necessary and a little olive oil.
Place in a hot oven at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
